How much time will this take me?+
Flipping or Deal Sourcing Academy: Around 40 hours of training, plus regular coaching calls with Susannah and support in the community group.
1:1 Mentoring: A fortnightly programme over 6 months (with action and progress in between sessions).
Barcelona Retreat: 2.5 days of deep dive work in Barcelona near the Mediterranean beach.
Do you offer payment plans?+
The Flipping and Deal Sourcing Academies are available on a monthly or annual subscription. Choose annual and you save 2 months. Choose monthly and it's an easy monthly payment.
The Barcelona Retreat can be secured with a deposit, then the balance is paid the following month.
And 1:1 mentoring is only confirmed once paid in full.
Is it tax deductible?+
In most cases, yes! If you're buying the training for your property business, it's usually a legitimate business expense. (Always double check with your accountant for your specific situation.)
Do you offer a guarantee?+
We can't guarantee results, because you have to do the work, but we can guarantee you'll get a proven system, proper support, and clear next steps that have been proven to work time and again.
