A lower ground floor two bedroom flat, previously used as an office. The Good Property Company renovated and sold it, dressing it beautifully to achieve top price. This flat is in one of the most prestigious areas of Bristol, Clifton.

We did this as a Joint Venture, working with an Investor as a Partner.

This buy-to-sell project involved opening up a large, open plan space for the kitchen/living room and ensuring both bedrooms had the same dimensions, moving walls to make that happen.

At TGPC we love to do Buy-To-Sells and this project was completed in the depths of the recession with a beautiful dressing and a great quality finish, we achieved a great result.

The agent told us we had acquired the highest price for square-foot for a two-bed flat in that location in that year.
