A sweet Victorian terraced property, which was picked up by The Good Property Company for renovation. It lies on a short cul-de-sac in the Redfield district of Bristol, a short distance from the city centre, in a buzzing and upcoming area of the city.
In our deal report which is 10 pages long, with 45 pieces of evidence on each house value, we cautiously stated the value of this 4-bedroomed property at £165,000.
We prefer to remain conservative on estimated house valuations done up, to make sure we get it right.
We were pretty pleased when the RICs valuer valued the renovated property at £180,000 – another good job done by TGPC!
